Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I book a service?

You can book available services directly through our website. If your project requires a custom production plan, complete the Request a Quote form, and we will contact you within 24 hours.

2. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least three to seven days in advance. Larger video productions should be scheduled at least one to two weeks in advance to secure availability.

3. Do you provide production equipment?

Yes. Our services include professional cameras, lighting, audio equipment and technical setup based on the selected package.

​

4. Can I bring my own creative team?

Yes. Clients are welcome to bring their own artists, creative team members or collaborators.

5. How long does video editing take?

Standard video editing turnaround is seven to fourteen business days, depending on the amount of footage and complexity of the project.

6. Do you offer rush delivery?

Rush delivery may be available upon request and may require an additional fee.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards and secure online payments through our website.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Fixed-service bookings may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.

  • Deposits for video production projects are non-refundable once production planning has begun.

  • Approved rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
